Summer Book Club 2022

One of the areas I want to become more knowledgeable in is accountability. Want to help?

This summer I’m going to read and reflect on the book Crucial Accountability by Patterson, Grenny, Mayfield, McMillan, and Switzler. In what you might find a fun coincidence, I know that having a group of people joining me in working through the book will increase my learning and keep me on track.

So, I’m looking for some fellow leaders to join me in reading through the book over the summer and sharing our thoughts along the way. Knowing that summer rhythms are different and anticipating vacations, I’ll set up a simple shared Google doc with questions from each chapter we can all respond to. And if there’s interest I’ll set up a couple Zoom sessions for live conversation.

We’ll plan to start the week of July 3rd which will have us finishing the 9 chapters before Labour Day.
