Is this Catalyst Foundation?

From 2008-2021 we used the name Catalyst Foundation (catalystfoundation.ca) for our work. As our priorities shifted from primarily being a funding organization to becoming a leadership one the word “foundation” no longer reflected what we do accurately. Most people call us Catalyst, but leadwithcatalyst.com is the web address.

Do you only work with Christian charities?

No. From our beginning we have been eager to serve leaders from all over the charitable sector, including but not exclusively faith-based organizations. Working with leaders and organizations with a wide range of experiences and perspectives is something we value highly.

Do you work with BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders?

Yes.

Is there a fee for service?

Yes. For many years the full cost of our services was paid by our founders. Now we charge competitive rates for what we do. In some cases we are able to connect with donors who are eager to support leadership development in charities to help offset costs.
