Custom Leadership Programs

As we emerge from COVID limitations many charities are renewing our commitment to developing leaders. Now, perhaps more than ever, we know we need to invest in the people we have to be able to accomplish our organizational dreams.

The challenge is in finding the time, energy, and expertise to make the most of these investments.

There are excellent programs available through higher education, large consulting firms, or a few well regarded specialty charities. They are often expensive in both time and money, and they aren’t designed with the particular needs of your organization in mind; but if you have a couple high potential/high priority leaders who are ready to grow and committed to your organization long term these may be exactly what you’re looking for.

This year I’m designing and developing custom leadership programs for three charities. Each program incorporates some of the core principles of Catalyst’s Healthy Leaders tools; but they differ in length, content, and format. I work closely with each organization’s leaders to ensure that what we deliver fits the uniqueness of their values, mission, and structures.

Using my decades of consulting, program development, and facilitation experience in this way is energizing! The insights I gain from each unique program cross pollinate the others, making them all better.

I am able to facilitate the delivery of the programs in person, remotely, or both. And the total cost for training every leader in the organization is often less than sending just one person to a Master’s program.
