Compassion Canada: After more than 18 months of PACE sessions with CEO Allison Alley, we are now developing an internal leadership development program for Compassion’s managers and directors. Drawing on the particular organizational culture and priorities as well as Catalyst’s established tools means we’ll have something relevant, unique, and impactful.

Partners International Canada: Taking advantage of the opportunity of an in person team training between pandemic waves meant the whole team at Partners could engage with The REACTION Dashboard to help them understand, assess, and improve their organizational culture.

Wellspring Foundation for Education: Participating in Catalyst’s One Year Leadership Intensive had Wellspring staff participate in monthly Catalyst Content sessions alongside leaders from other charities across Canada. Having sessions recorded meant that overseas team members could track the sessions in their own time zone.

International Teams Canada: Among the many training sessions IT engaged, a board of directors training session focused on the 5 Questions Healthy Boards Can Answer helped directors understand their roles and set priorities for serving more effectively.

EduDeo Ministries: There aren’t many tools Catalyst offers that haven’t been experienced by the team at EduDeo. Most recently, a Missing Gears session and some individual PACE sessions have helped them plan to emerge from the pandemic ready for sustainable growth.
