Insecurity and Kryptonite

If a leader is a superhero, insecurity is Kryptonite.

Our self-doubt and sense of inadequacy can destroy us if we let it. So is the answer to project an image of total confidence and hide our uncertainty?

I think there's a better way; but it requires hanging up our capes.
